Terms governing use of the Rosconvert online conversion service.
1. Purpose of the service
Rosconvert.ru provides technical tools for file conversion and processing. The service does not guarantee that a result will be absolutely identical to the source because file formats, fonts, codecs and third-party libraries can affect the output.
2. User rights to files
By uploading a file, the user confirms that they are entitled to transfer it to the service for technical processing and that the processing does not violate third-party rights, law, confidentiality obligations or contractual restrictions.
- The service must not be used to process malicious files or materials whose distribution or processing is unlawful.
3. Temporary storage
Files are intended for short-term technical processing. Source files and results are removed from temporary working storage approximately 10 minutes after a result is created. The user should download the result promptly.
4. Limitation of liability
The user must verify the correctness of a result before using it. For legally significant, medical, financial, engineering or other critical documents, keep the original and independently review the converted result.
- To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for loss of the only copy of a file, consequences of an incorrect conversion, limitations of third-party formats or incompatibility with the user's software.
