How long are files stored?
Source files and results are automatically deleted approximately 10 minutes after processing.
How secure is the transfer?
File transfer uses HTTPS. Results are available through a unique temporary link. Uploaded file contents are not sold to third parties.
What are the size and quantity limits?
One file can be up to 100 MB, the total request can be up to 300 MB, and up to 10 files can be submitted in one request where the tool supports multiple files.
Can files be removed earlier than 10 minutes?
Do not continue using the download link, or contact support if manual removal is required.
Is HEIC from iPhone supported?
Yes. HEIC conversion to JPG and PNG is supported through the service's conversion libraries and fallback mechanisms.
Can Rosconvert convert PDF to Word or Excel?
Yes. Supported directions include PDF to DOC/DOCX/RTF/ODT and PDF to XLSX/CSV, subject to the structure of the source PDF.
Is OCR available?
Yes. The OCR tool can process PDF pages or images and produce text, Markdown or a PDF with a recognized text layer.
Do I need to register?
No. The service works without registration. For integration or service-level questions, contact us.
What if a format is not supported?
Try an intermediate format such as PDF or PNG when appropriate. If that does not help, contact support and describe the required format.
Why can processing take longer sometimes?
Processing time depends on file size, conversion complexity and the current task queue. Large videos and complex documents require more resources.
